How long does shipping take? +
Most orders ship in 5–10 business days. Freight delivery to your driveway with liftgate takes another 5–10 business days depending on your location. We will email you tracking the moment your hoop leaves the warehouse.
Do you offer installation? +
We don't install ourselves but we maintain a vetted installer network in all 50 states. Visit our installers directory to find a pro near you.
What's the warranty? +
All Barbarian basketball hoops carry a lifetime limited warranty. See our warranty page for full coverage details and exclusions.
Adjustable or fixed height? +
Adjustable is right for families with kids who want regulation 10' play as they grow. Fixed (FX series) is right for teens and adults wanting maximum rigidity and zero moving parts.
Can I return a hoop? +
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unassembled hoops in original packaging. Damaged-on-arrival items are replaced free. See our returns policy.
What's the best concrete footing size? +
For our in-ground hoops we recommend a footing 24" deep × 24" wide minimum, increased to 36" wide for the 72" backboard models. Always check local frost depth.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada? +
We ship to the continental U.S. via standard freight. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are available by quote — please call 770.377.1961.
What if my driveway slopes? +
A slight slope is fine but more than a couple degrees and you'll want to call us. We can suggest installer techniques (shimming, leveling pour) that keep the pole truly vertical.
