- Improper installation (e.g., undersized concrete footer)
- Cosmetic scratches from normal play
- Net wear (nets are replaceable consumables)

- We respond within one business day with a path to resolution — typically replacement parts shipped at no cost.
Plain English:
If your hoop fails because we built it wrong, we fix it. If it fails because a tornado hit it, your homeowner's policy is the right call. We've been honoring this warranty since 2002.
